We are pleased to announce the second version of our cgHuman product. The cgHuman is destined to become a complete parametric human system for professional animators.
cgHuman is ideal for film, game, TV, education and any other work that requires high quality character animations of the male and female human body.

cgHuman v2 has a matching high quality skeletal model, a comprehensive set of muscles and high quality skin.

The musculature has been tested extensively in-house for doing character animation -- and it works very well.

The cgHuman brings you a proven set of muscles on a high quality skeleton all tested and ready to function well for character animation. The skeleton is anatomically correct and as much as possible the muscles are also -- but everything is tuned for character animation rather than overly detailed anatomical work. There is also a matching high quality skin that is even suitable for close up facial work!

 

cgHuman is also bundled the latest version of our ACT software -- and with ACT the muscles are all hooked up and working!

all existing muscles have been re-modeled and shaped for closer conformity to anatomical reference + 40 additional muscles have been added including more accurate Facial muscles.

Skin: Better Optimised Low Rez skin - conforms to the Ultimate Human Shape with new improved UVW co- ordinates.(ACT version, has better skinning and mesh Deformation)

3dsMax version -  the 3dsMax version has a better skinning solution supporting wrist twist ulnar and radius rotation and better shoulder deformation, ACT version has more improved and stable muscle deformation added

We will be working hard to make cgHuman into a fully parametric human system for professional animators. The intention is not to compete with character animation systems such as Character Studio, CAT and Kaydara's HumanIK -- but rather to make cgHuman work with these and other human animation systems.


The cgHuman is designed primarily for character animation and white it is as anatomically accurate as possible where compromises had to be made they favor easy of character animation. This only applies to the muscles -- the skeleton is anatomically accurate. If users need complete anatomical accuracy then you need The Ultimate Human model. This is the most complete and accurate model of the human musculo-skeletal system ever made.



cgHuman 1.0 is available for just a few hundred dollars.


As a static model set in all major 3D formats. Rigged and ready to animate in ACT format.
